Unpaid Rent Coverage
If you’re making a claim for possession:
Rent payments will be made to you up to the insured limit until the property is vacant.
If your property is not immediately re-let due to tenant-caused damage or neglect, you’ll receive 50% of the monthly rent for up to 3 months while repairs are completed.
Property Repossession
